A naturally gifted artist, Mr. Tetro, married his
insatiable curiosity, with a dogged perfectionism. Tetro's works were regularly passed off as legitmate works in museums,
galleries, and auction houses around the world. Los Angeles District Attorney Ira Reiner called Tony, "the single largest
forger of art works in America." Tetro's most famous works included Dali, Chagall, Miro, Erte and many others. Among his most
curious forgeries was a vintage Ferrari Testarossa race car; one of only two extent models.

During his professional career, Tetro was famous for
his attention to detail, his absolute perfectionism, and his ability to put himself into the mindset of the artist whose work
he was emulating. In most cases, Tetro, did not merely copy a work of art, but rather 'emulated' it, becoming the artist,
and inventing a new work of art as the artist himself would have done.
